WELCOME TO THE MANUREWA RUGBY CLUB

The Manurewa Rugby Football Club is an amateur sporting organisation based in the town of Manurewa, within the Rugby Union of Counties Manukau.  We are the northernmost team in Counties.

Founded in 1921, Manurewa Rugby (affectionately known as Rewa) has a long history of success on the field and boasts many players who have excelled and advanced to Counties grades, played professional rugby and gained International honours. Historically we are the most successful club with the Counties Manukau Union with numerous titles as the Champion Club. Our Senior Club men's grades are Premier 1, Premier 2, Premier 3, Under 21s, Presidents & Golden Oldies and we have an active and highly successful Women's grade. Our Junior Club has numerous grades catering for 5 -14 year-olds.  In 2023 we will field around 30 teams across all grades.

Drawing on a large local urban population of over 80,000 people, we are a club of many cultures and also other affiliated sports such as Netball, Softball,  Australian Rules Football, 7s Rugby and Touch Rugby. We welcome you to join us as a player, supporter, coach, manager or sponsor.
